Karen’s interest in real estate was born out of her childhood and her immersion in the family business as she was growing up. Her father was an accomplished broker in Chapel Hill, NC. Watching him work fueled her desire to be a realtor and not just any realtor… but one that provided impeccable service for her clients. Her upbringing also helped her develop the many skill sets that she brings to the table as a top-notch North Atlanta and Lake Oconee realtor. Karen’s savvy and strategic expertise paired with her incomparable client service are the two foundational cornerstones of her business.

Relocating multiple times with her husband Matt early on in their marriage has uniquely prepared Karen for the process and challenges of relocating to a different home and different states. Matt and Karen along with their three (now grown) children have called Atlanta home for more than 25 years and because of those roots, she also has a thorough and deep understanding of this sprawling and dynamic North Atlanta Real Estate Market.
